Don’t let others stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. Everyone has advice and an opinion especially during times like these to “hold off” to “sit and wait”.
Write down where this advice is coming from. Friends, Family, Media. Write down their names, what they are saying and ask yourself, is this person who I’d like to be or where I’d like to be in a few years time.
If not, cross out their name, and write down the name of someone you admire, someone who already has become and already is who and where you want to be. Then, pick up the phone and just ask them. You’ll be surprised at just how helpful these people can be.
