ADAM BULIC
Sales & Marketing Manager

Adam has been involved in the building industry since his father, who has been a successful builder in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs since the 1970s, persuaded him to pick up his first shovel in 1977. After completing an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Building and Construction, Adam joined one of Melbourne’s largest leading home builders. Regularly promoted for his passion and dedication, his final role with that builder saw him managing more than $40 million in property. As a founding director of Bluestar Living, he is always in pursuit of cutting-edge industry knowledge and personal growth, Adam engages in ongoing professional development, recently studying marketing, social media, home automation and green smart building. Married with two daughters, Adam still lives in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. In addition to spending quality time with his children, he loves real estate, sport, dining out and meeting people.



LAURIE TALARICO
Construction Manager/Project Manager

Laurie is a highly-qualified building industry specialist with more than 20 years of in-depth knowledge in project management, estimating, quality control and cost control. Employed for 17 years with a family run company, Laurie helped establish Bluestar Living in 2009 to fulfil his desire to offer clients new, innovative and exciting designs, creating luxurious masterpieces. “I have always had a deep passion for building. It is a privilege to create a home that suits a client’s individual style and character. To hand over the keys to a home we’ve built, then witness the joy and excitement a client experiences as they see their vision become a reality is incredibly rewarding.” Outside of work, Laurie is married, has three beautiful kids, and enjoys camping with his family, going to the football and tennis, and watching Formula One.



CLINT THOMAS
Project Manager

Clint’s career began on the tools over two decades ago working with hands and wood as an apprentice carpenter for his father. From that first day, Clint’s commitment to the building industry has stood the test of time. Twenty-seven years on and more completed projects than he can count, Clint is now recognised within his field and by his peers as a leading industry professional in Site Management. Clint is a problem solver who brings clear and concise thinking to every issue, ensuring that progress on site is skilfully handled. His craftsman’s eye for detail pairs with outstanding communication skills to bring quality, precision and professionalism to a successful end-result, which is Clint’s primary focus, to combine a quality building experience with an outstanding finished product.



RINO ORSINI
Operations & Estimating Manager

Rino Orsini brings extensive knowledge and great wisdom to the Bluestar Living team in his role as Operations and Estimating Manager. A 32-year industry specialist, Rino’s expertise in estimating and design match the standards of excellence sought after by his clients and delivered at Bluestar Living. Rino’s first role back in 1986 was as an architectural draftsperson for AV Jennings. Much changed over the three decades that followed and as construction techniques advanced, Rino was at the forefront, advancing with them. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, the cutting edge of construction and sharing his expertise, Rino’s mandate to find the best solutions within budget constraints means the best possible outcomes are achieved for all who engage Bluestar Living as their builder of choice.



LADI XIBRRAKU
Building Associate & Service Manager

Ladi first entered the construction industry as Project Coordinator for a multi-disciplinary architecture firm in 2002 and it was here that he developed his talent for project and team management. Five years at the New York College of Athens as Director of Operations / Building Associate built Ladi’s expertise in the management of large-scale operations including budgeting, financial planning, project co-ordination, tender preparation, surveying and estimating. Ladi has refined his expertise through ongoing education, completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics, Graduate Certificate of Business Management and both a Certificate IV and Diploma of Building and Construction. At Bluestar Living, Ladi supports the Construction team to deliver their KPIs and manages Service and Warranty. His work ethic, determination and loyalty combine with his professional experience and qualifications to develop strong, loyal relationships and outstanding results for our clients.



VICKY MANJEROVIC
Accounts & Admin Manager

Vicky brings a strong work ethic, lightning fast organisational skills and team player mindset to everything she does. Weaving these assets into her working career began in administration and accounts a decade ago in Industry Superannuation assisting the employees of Crown Casino to plan for their security in retirement. Since that time Vicky has been providing her accounting and administrative expertise to a broad range of industries until the opportunity to join the team at Bluestar Living arose in 2014. Working in accounts/bookkeeping, administration and as PA to one of our Directors, Vicky covers a range of integral roles across the company. Vicky’s passion for meeting new people and variety in her work is a perfect fit with Bluestar Living’s family environment and team culture and her supporting role is vital to our ability to deliver a dedicated and personalised experience to all of our clients.



LIBBY BULIC
Accounts & Admin Assistant

Libby’s 37 years experience in administration, accounting, training and management provide a breadth of skills that support both the in-house team and valued clients at Bluestar Living. Libby’s career in training, management and service within high pressure, large scale organisations, managing competing interests and multiple needs were at the core of her responsibilities, bringing a wealth of experience in Customer Service and Administration. At Bluestar Living Libby assists the Director’s Personal Assistant and Construction team in a multi-disciplinary role across councils, insurance companies, Vic Roads, telecommunications, advertising and general administration. Libby’s experience and skill-set ensure the smooth running of our organisation and a trusted customer experience.
